The Vimec Valves name and logo are registered trademarks of Vimec Group Italia Srl. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not produced, supplied, or officially authorized by Vimec Group Italia Srl.
We would like to alert our customers and partners that we have recently been informed about unauthorized communications and activities originating from China, where an entity has maliciously registered or attempted to register our trademark in bad faith. This entity has been contacting customers, distributors, and industry partners while misrepresenting itself as being affiliated with Vimec Group Italia Srl.
Vimec Group Italia Srl confirms that:
We have no affiliated company, partner, or authorized representative in China.
Any entity in China using “VIMEC,” “Vimec Valves,” or similar word-marks is not associated with us.
Only the trademark owned by Vimec Group Italia Srl is the genuine and legally protected identity of our company.
Any such claims from unauthorized parties are false, misleading, and constitute trademark infringement.
