This project involved the supply of a customized range of high-performance valves specifically engineered for highly corrosive and demanding service conditions. The scope included various configurations of Ball Valves, DBB Valves, and Instrumentation Valves, all manufactured with Inconel® Alloy 625—a nickel-based alloy known for its exceptional resistance to chloride-induced pitting, crevice corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation.
Our engineering and production teams worked closely to ensure each valve met the exacting specifications and quality requirements outlined by the project. Key features of the scope included:
Material: Alloy 625 (UNS N06625) for both body and trim components
Size Range: From 1/2" to 6"
Pressure Ratings: Up to ANSI Class 1500
End Connections: Flanged and Threaded Ends
Compliance: Fully in line with international standards such as ASME, API, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156
Testing: 100% Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Testing, along with PMI, NDT, and complete documentation package
