INTEGRAL Double Block & Bleed Valves
Vimec Valves Integral Double Block & Bleed Valves are equipped with a drain needle valve mounted between the two balls, this permits to drain the valve and reset the pressure to zero. Integral DBB Valve are used in the instrumentation systems and are available in combination of Flange to Flange, Flange to Thread, BW and Hub Ends. Injection and Sampling with Ball and Needle Configurations.

What is the difference between Integral, Compact and Modular DBB valves?
Integral DBB valves use a single-piece forging with a needle valve mounted between two balls for instrumentation isolation and sampling (½" to 4"). Compact DBB valves match the face-to-face dimension of a single ball valve for easy retrofit into existing pipelines (2" to 36"). Modular DBB valves combine two independent balls with a needle, ball or DBB bleed valve and cover both instrumentation (½" to 3") and pipeline (1" to 36") duty.

From ½" to 36" depending on configuration, at ratings from ANSI 150# up to API 10,000, in soft-seated or metal-seated trim.
